Strengthening Our Foundation for Scale: Worth Expands Its Leadership Team

By Jay Chopra

Worth has always been laser-focused on building the most reliable, intelligent platform for onboarding and underwriting in financial services. As demand for automation and AI-powered decisioning grows, so does the responsibility to support our customers with the speed, precision, and stability they expect.

This year, our momentum has been unmistakable.

Since securing our seed round of funding, Worth has experienced rapid business expansion, quadrupling its enterprise customer base from 2024 to 2025. That momentum has driven more than 50% growth in headcount in 2025 alone as the company scales to meet rising demand.

To support that growth and prepare for what comes next, we’re welcoming three seasoned executives to our leadership team who bring deep experience across data, technology, and operations.

Investing in Leadership for the Next Stage of Growth

“Our customers rely on Worth for mission-critical decisions, and that requires an exceptional standard of execution. Expanding our leadership team with proven operators across data, technology, and operations strengthens the foundation we need to meet that demand and widen the impact we’re delivering across the financial ecosystem.”

– Sal Rehmetullah, CEO and Co-Founder of Worth.

Each new executive brings a track record of building, scaling, and operationalizing fintech platforms at the enterprise level. Together, they’ll help accelerate the next phase of Worth’s product innovation and customer success.
